This beautiful 4 acre waterfront development on the Northwest corner of Flathead Lake in Somers, Montana is 8 miles south of Kalispell, 25 minutes to Glacier International Airport, and one hour to Glacier National Park. All eleven units and their respective garage/carriage house are Perfect Little House Company designs. The owners charged BC&J Architecture, PLHC’s parent company, with siting each of the houses to maximize views and protect a common open space and lake access.
The Cove is currently under construction on Lot 6 with The Azalea garage. Soon to be built is The Alder Tower, eventually followed by The Maple, The Woodland, The Hamilton, The Cherry One, and their garage studios.
